This is indeed the Way of “Leader” (an individual or a group of senior leaders of an organization, an enterprise, or a nation…):
HUMANE means that a “Leader” must have love toward others; love toward members of his/her organization, people, and nation. A “Leader” without love toward others can not be a real leader but a threat to those under their power. A “Leader” deeply has and knows how to share love to others will receive loves and supports from all others.
MENTAL means that a “Leader” with his/her greatest and most difficult responsibilities must be smarter and more intellectual than others in order to complete their responsibilities in face with challenges and opportunities to the organization, enterprise, or nation lead by him/her. A “Leader” with high mentality will be respected and followed by all others.
BRAVE means that in order to fulfill his/her great responsibilities, a “Leader” must have enough physical and mental power, be brave, be dare to think and do, be dare to take responsibilities, be decisive and aggressive in working. A strong “Leader” will be respected and followed by those under his/her power and be horrified by his/her enemies.
JUST means that all thoughts and acts of a “Leader” must be just, for the sake of everyone, and under the laws. Thus, such “Leader” can attract and lead all others to follow and believe in him/her. This is the leading standard of any “Leader”. Any “Leader” who chases the way of injustice, amorality, illegality will sooner or later fail in his cause.
SERIOUS AND STRICT mean that a “Leader” must be so serious and strict in working, to himself/herself, to his/her subordinates, to regulations of his/her organization, enterprise, to state laws, and be serious and careful in all his/her thoughts and acts. Only by that, such “Leader” can gain high working efficiency, avoid mistakes, and keep this prestige in all others.
SMART means that additionally to processing the most important, difficult tasks under his/her highest power, a “Leader” must face circumstances complicate and courteous in treating others and in working. Such “Leader”, therefore, must always be vigilant, smart, avoid mistakes from habits as flattery, cheating, loss of solidarity, rapacity of bad opportunists, and promptly discover sabotaging acts inside and outside the organization.
